Spell Capital Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition of Duromer Products Pty and DuroColour Vietnam Ltd. The companies were purchased in tandem as Spell continues to grow their footprint in compounding and masterbatch facilities worldwide. In addition, this is the second portfolio platform that Spell owns in Australia, as they continue to invest in Oceania / Asia.
